Job summary

Saab, Inc. is seeking an Earned Value Cost and Schedule PPM Analyst to support program performance management in a fast-paced, remote-friendly setting. You will develop baselines, analyze performance, and present reviews to senior leadership.

The role requires SME guidance on PPM tools, integration of cost and schedule data, and the development of IMP/IMS with DoD/EVM experience and Proj/Cobra proficiency. Strong collaboration across locations is essential.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in business, engineering or related discipline.
• 8+ years' experience in a technical, business, military professional or U.S. Government Contractor environment.
• Strong EVMS and scheduling expertise with DoD program experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of program cost and schedule baselines within contract parameters and analyze performance.
• Serve as SME guiding program teams in PPM tools and processes.
• Develop time-phased budgets integrated with IMS to meet objectives.
• Integrate subcontractor and material cost/schedules into program data.
• Advance analysis in EAC, MR, risk and opportunity management.
• Prepare and present program review documents to senior leadership.
• Coordinate with IPT leads and PMs across locations.
• Demonstrate EVMS compliance through audits.
• Lead development of IMP/IMS and ensure data integration.
