Job summary

Saab, Inc. is seeking a skilled Earned Value Cost and Schedule PPM Analyst to support a rapidly growing organization. The role emphasizes mastery of MS Project and EVMS, with a focus on baselining, performance analysis, and stakeholder collaboration.

The candidate will lead cost/schedule development, integrate data across subcontractors, and present timely reviews to senior leadership while maintaining EVMS compliance. Remote work options are available for this full-time position.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in business, engineering or related discipline required
• 8+ years’ experience in technical, business, military or U.S. Government Contractor environment
• MS Project, Cobra, EVMS and scheduling data integration experience

Responsibilities

• Develop program cost and schedule baselines within contract parameters
• Analyze program performance (historical and predictive) and EAC
• Mentor PM teams in PPM tools and processes
• Develop time-phased budget integrated with IMS to meet objectives
• Integrate subcontractor and material cost/schedules into program data
• Prepare and present program review documents to senior leadership
• Ensure EVMS compliance through audits
• Lead detailed IMP/IMS development and integration of cost and schedule data
• Drive proactive decision-making with critical path and risk analyses
• Coordinate deliverables across IPT leads and multiple locations
