Job summary

Saab, Inc. seeks a seasoned Earned Value Cost and Schedule PPM Analyst (Program Performance Management Analyst) to support our growing organization. This full-time remote role focuses on developing baselines, analyzing performance, and coordinating IMS/IMP data with program teams.

Ideal candidates will have a BA/BS in a related field, 8+ years in technical or government contracting environments, and hands-on experience with EVMS, EAC, risk management, and DoD scheduling tools.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in a business, engineering or related discipline.
• 8+ years' experience in a technical, business, military professional or U.S. Government Contractor environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop program cost and schedule baselines within contract parameters and analyze performance.
• Serve as SME guiding program teams in PPM tools and processes.
• Lead time‑phased budget development integrated with IMS to meet objectives.
• Integrate subcontractor and material cost and schedules data into program data.
• Advance analysis in EAC, Management Reserve, Risk and Opportunity Management.
• Prepare and present program review documents to senior leadership.
