Job summary

Saab, Inc. is seeking an Earned Value Cost and Schedule PPM Analyst to support program performance management. The role emphasizes MS Project mastery, schedule integration, and EVMS compliance, with remote work eligibility.

The candidate will lead baselines, perform EAC analyses, mentor teams, and coordinate with IPT leads across multiple sites while ensuring timely program deliverables and stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in a business, engineering or related discipline.
• 8+ years' experience in a technical, business, military professional or U.S. Government Contractor environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of program cost and schedule baselines within contract parameters.
• Analyze program performance and monitor EAC with stakeholders.
• Mentor PMs and PPM staff in tools and processes.
• Develop time-phased budget integrated with IMS to meet objectives.
• Integrate subcontractor and material cost and schedules data.
• Present accurate program review documents to senior leadership.
• Ensure EVMS compliance through audits.
• Coordinate with IPT leads across locations.
• Drive proactive decisions using critical path and risk analysis.
