Job summary

Saab, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Earned Value Cost and Schedule PPM Analyst (Program Performance Management Analyst) to support our rapidly growing organization. This position is eligible for full-time remote.

The responsibilities include developing cost and schedule baselines, analyzing performance, monitoring EAC, and guiding program teams with EVMS and PPM tools. You will coordinate with IPT leads, present to senior leadership, and ensure data integrity across multiple locations.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in a business, engineering or related discipline.
• 8+ years' experience in a technical, business, military professional or U.S. Government Contractor environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of the program cost and/or schedule baselines within the contract parameters.
• Analyze program performance (historical and predictive) and monitor the Estimate at Complete (EAC).
• Serve as SME in program management tools and processes for PMP staff.
• Develop time‑phased budget integrated with the IMS to meet contract objectives.
• Coordinate subcontractor and material cost/schedule data into program data.
• Advanced analysis in EAC, Management Reserve, Risk and Opportunity Management.
• Prepare and present accurate program review documents to senior leadership.
• Ensure EVMS compliance through audits.
• Interface with IPT leads and PMs across locations.
