Job summary

Saab, Inc. seeks an Earned Value Cost and Schedule PPM Analyst to support program performance management. The role allows full-time remote work and requires 8+ years in technical or government contractor environments, with strong EVMS, DoD and scheduling expertise.

You will lead baseline development, analysis, and reporting to senior leadership while coordinating with IPT leads across multiple locations. A BA/BS is required and DoD EVM experience is essential.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in a business, engineering or related discipline.
• 8+ years' experience in a technical, business, military professional or U.S. Government Contractor environment.
• Experience with EVMS, DoD programs and related scheduling/cost systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of program cost and schedule baselines within contract parameters.
• Analyze performance, monitor EAC and provide recommendations to teams.
• Serve as SME in PPM tools and processes for program teams.
• Develop time-phased budget integrated with IMS to meet objectives.
• Integrate subcontractor and material cost data into program data.
• Prepare and present program review documents to senior leadership.
• Ensure EVMS compliance and coordinate with IPT leads across locations.
• Lead IMP and IMS development for proposals; resolve network logic conflicts.
