Job summary

Saab, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Earned Value Cost and Schedule PPM Analyst to support our growing organization. This remote-friendly role focuses on developing baselines, analyzing performance, and ensuring EVMS compliance across multiple programs.

Ideal candidates bring 8+ years in technical or government contracting environments, with expertise in EVM, IMS/IMP development, and integrated scheduling. Strong leadership and cross-location collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in a business, engineering or related discipline.
• 8+ years' experience in a technical, business, military professional or U.S. Government Contractor environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of program cost and schedule baselines within contract parameters.
• Analyze program performance (historical and predictive) and monitor EAC.
• Provide SME guidance to program teams on PPM tools and processes.
• Integrate subcontractor and material cost/schedules into program data.
• Advanced analysis in EAC, Management Reserve, Risk and Opportunity Management.
• Prepare and present program review documents to senior leadership.
• Reconcile program data with the latest contract modifications.
• Define requirements to solve common business problems.
• Foster trust and teamwork across multiple locations.
• Interface with IPT leads and PMs across locations.
• Demonstrate EVMS compliance through audits.
• Communicate effectively with team members and customers.
• Support other programs during critical time frames.
• Work on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Coordinate and ensure timely program deliverables.
• Lead development of IMP and IMS to meet objectives.
• Apply advanced schedule techniques to drive proactive decisions.
• Ensure major projects are integrated and network logic is resolved.
• Create and analyze program milestone charts.
• Create and manage WBS, IMP, IMS for proposals.
