• Location:Phoenix, AZ
• Schedule:8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• Remote

• Handle high-volume inbound calls related to individual and business tax compliance, delinquency, and general inquiries.
• Resolve Tier 1 issues by reviewing taxpayer accounts and providing accurate information.
• Verify, gather, and update customer information across multiple systems simultaneously.
• Educate taxpayers on online resources, payment options, and current tax policies.
• Submit payment arrangement requests and document all actions taken.
• Maintain professionalism, meet performance expectations, and actively participate in team activities.

• Previous 2 jobs should be at least 1 consecutive year in a fast-paced call center. This experience must be recent.
• National call center experience in industries such as finance/banking, insurance, and telecommunications.
