Job summary

GovCIO is seeking an experienced Senior CRM developer to enhance a Microsoft Dynamics CRM system and customer portal. The role supports an Agile Scrum environment with multiple items per sprint, and is fully remote within the United States.

The candidate will implement user stories, mentor teammates, and leverage AI features in Dynamics (Copilot Studio, IVR, Chat, DocIntelligence) to drive modern functionality. A PBGC Public Trust clearance is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Power Platform and Portals experience.
• Experience leading Call Center, IVR, and Dynamics modules including Copilot Studio, Chat, and Secure Messaging.
• Experience with Call Center and IVR is required.
• Proficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript, FetchXML.
• Experience in SDLC documentation and deployments (Design Documents, Implementation Plans).
• Strong attention to detail and knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics and Portals.
• Support experience for Operations/Production troubleshooting.
• Experience working in a fast-paced Agile Scrum environment.
• Clearance: PBGC Public Trust.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with functional and testing teams to implement user stories and provide feedback on acceptance criteria and testing.
• Mentor other developers and collaborate with senior team members.
• Utilize AI features in Dynamics for Call Center and Customer Service, including Copilot Studio, IVR, Chat, and DocIntelligence.
