Job summary

Lead implementations, mentor peers, and ensure quality via design docs and deployment plans while maintaining PBGC Public Trust clearance as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 12+ years (or commensurate experience).
• Experience leading implementations of Call Center, IVR, and other modern functionality and modules within Dynamics (Copilot Studio, Chat, Secure Messaging).
• Experience with Call Center, IVR is REQUIRED.
• C#, .Net, JavaScript, FetchXML experience.
• Experience in SDLC documentation such as Design Documents and Implementation Plans and deployments.
• Attention to detail and knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics and Portals.
• Provide support to Support Team for Operations/Production troubleshooting.
• Work in a collaborative, fast-paced Agile Scrum environment.
• Clearance Required: PBGC Public Trust.

Responsibilities

• Work collaboratively with the functional and testing teams to implement user stories and provide feedback on acceptance criteria and testing.
• Mentor other developers and collaborate with senior team members.
• Utilize AI features in Dynamics for Call Center and Customer Service (Copilot Studio, IVR, Chat, DocIntelligence, and more).
