Job summary

GovCIO is seeking a Senior CRM developer to enhance Microsoft Dynamics CRM and customer portal capabilities. You will work in an Agile Scrum team, mentoring peers and integrating Copilot Studio, IVR, Chat, and secure messaging, with a focus on Call Center functionality.

The role is fully remote within the United States and requires strong .NET, C#, JavaScript, and FetchXML skills, plus SDLC documentation experience. A PBGC Public Trust is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 12+ years (or commensurate experience)
• 5 years of Power Platform and Portals experience
• Experience leading Call Center, IVR implementations in Dynamics
• Proficient with Copilot Studio, Chat, and Secure Messaging
• C#, .Net, JavaScript, FetchXML development experience
• Experience with SDLC documentation and deployments
• Strong attention to detail and teamwork in Agile Scrum
• Security clearance: PBGC Public Trust preferred
• Experience with PowerBI, fillable PDFs, and RDL reports
• GitHub, deployment pipelines a plus
• Azure Developer/DevOps/Architect certifications a plus

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with functional and testing teams to implement user stories
• Mentor other developers and work with senior team members
• Leverage AI features in Dynamics for Call Center and Customer Service
• Support operations and production troubleshooting
• Work in a fast-paced Agile Scrum environment
