Job summary

GovCIO is seeking an experienced Senior CRM developer to support Microsoft Dynamics CRM and customer portal enhancements. This role requires Agile Scrum experience and the ability to manage multiple items in a sprint, with full remote work within the United States.

You will collaborate with functional and testing teams, mentor peers, and leverage AI features in Dynamics (Copilot Studio, IVR, Chat, DocIntelligence) to modernize our systems for government clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 12+ years of relevant experience.
• 5+ years of Power Platform and Portals experience.
• Experience leading implementations of Call Center, IVR, and related modules within Dynamics (Copilot Studio, Chat, Secure Messaging).
• C#, .NET, JavaScript, FetchXML proficiency.
• Experience with SDLC documentation and deployments.
• Agile Scrum experience and ability to handle multiple items per sprint.
• Ability to obtain PBGC Public Trust clearance.
• Attention to detail and collaborative, fast-paced teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with functional and testing teams and other developers to implement user stories and validate acceptance criteria.
• Mentor other developers and collaborate with senior team members.
• Utilize AI features in Dynamics for Call Center and Customer Service (Copilot Studio, IVR, Chat, DocIntelligence).
