Job summary

Omnissa is a remote-friendly opportunity seeking a Solutions Consultant to bridge technical solutions with client needs. You will be the technical advisor, collaborating with sales to design plans that drive quota and successful customer outcomes.

A strong focus on End User Computing and Digital Transformation will be essential, with cross-functional teamwork across Specialists, CS, PM, Support and Engineering.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years in a pre-sales solution engineering or related customer-facing role.
• Experience with End User Computing preferred.
• Strong enterprise architecture knowledge.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with customers as a trusted advisor for end-to-end technical relationships.
• Develop deep understanding of customer environments and align solutions with business objectives.
• Collaborate with sales for account planning and progression of opportunities from validation to proposal.
• Present technology vision and value to executives and technical audiences.
• Lead technical pre-sales activities including presentations, demos, and workshops.
• Drive meetings and influence decisions through compelling demonstrations and discussions.
