Job summary

Omnissa is seeking a Solutions Consultant to bridge technical portfolio value with customer needs from a remote-based Houston, TX context. This role focuses on pre-sales activities, demonstrations, and strategic collaboration with sales to drive outcomes.

You will guide customers through End User Computing, Digital Transformation, and related solutions, aligning business objectives with Omnissa offerings and contributing to account plans and opportunities.

Qualifications

5-7 years in a pre-sales solution engineering role or related customer-facing role.
Strong ability to deliver compelling demos and presentations to technical and executive audiences.
Experience with subscription-based go-to-market models and customer adoption strategies.

Responsibilities

Lead technical pre-sales efforts including presentations, demos, workshops, and RFP responses.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Success, Professional Services, and Support to drive customer outcomes.
Present our Digital Workspace value proposition at industry events.
Identify new business opportunities and support the sales team in expanding account value.
Influence product direction by sharing customer insights and industry trends.
