Job summary

Omnissa seeks a Solutions Consultant to bridge technical solutions with client needs in the digital workspace space. You will own end-to-end technical relationships and communicate value to customers.

You will lead pre-sales activities, tailor demonstrations, and collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams to drive customer outcomes. Location: Remote across NY, NJ, MD. 4-year tech degree preferred. Compensation includes OT potential and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years in a pre-sales solution engineering role or a related customer-facing role.
• Strong understanding of enterprise architecture and Windows desktop/application management.
• Proven ability to deliver compelling demos and presentations.
• Experience with subscription-based go-to-market models and customer adoption strategies.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with customers as a trusted advisor for end-to-end technical relationships.
• Understand customer environments and align them with the right solution(s).
• Collaborate with sales on account planning, campaigns and progressing opportunities.
• Demonstrate strong knowledge in End User Computing and digital transformation trends.
• Respond to RFPs/RFIs and present our technology vision to diverse audiences.
• Drive meetings and deliver effective demos and technical discussions with customers at various levels.
• Take ownership of accounts with thought leadership and customer-focused outcomes.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful outcomes for customers.
