Job summary

Omnissa is seeking a Solutions Consultant to bridge technical solutions and client needs in the digital workspace space. You will own end-to-end technical relationships, understand client environments, and translate capabilities into business value.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years in a pre-sales solution engineering role or related customer-facing role.
• Strong understanding of enterprise architecture and Windows desktop/application management.
• Proven ability to deliver compelling demos and presentations to technical and executive audiences.
• Experience with subscription-based go-to-market models and customer adoption strategies.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with customers as trusted advisor for end-to-end technical relationship.
• Understand customer’s technical environment and align with the right solution(s).
• Collaborate with sales in account planning, campaign development and progressing opportunities (3-5).
• Demonstrate knowledge in End User Computing, Digital Transformation and industry developments.
• Respond to RFPs/RFIs.
• Present our technology vision and value proposition to executives and technical practitioners.
• Drive meetings, deliver effective presentations, product demonstrations and technical discussions.
• Take ownership of accounts with thought leadership and customer-first approach.
• Leverage product knowledge to explain features/benefits and competitive positioning.
• Coordinate resources to drive expansion and adoption of additional product lines.
