Job summary

Omnissa, LLC is seeking a Solutions Consultant to bridge technical solutions with client needs in the digital workspace space. You will own end-to-end technical relationships, craft tailored demonstrations, and collaborate with the sales team to advance opportunities from discovery through proposal.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years in a pre-sales solution engineering role or a related customer-facing role.
• Strong understanding of enterprise architecture and Windows desktop/application management.
• Proven ability to deliver demos and presentations to technical and executive audiences.
• Experience with subscription-based go-to-market models and customer adoption strategies.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers as trusted advisor.
• Develop understanding of customer’s technical environment and align with solutions.
• Collaborate with Sales on account planning, campaign development and progress sales stages.
• Demonstrate strong knowledge in End User Computing, Digital Transformation and industry developments.
• Lead technical pre-sales efforts including presentations, demos, workshops, and RFP responses.
• Present our Digital Workspace value proposition at industry events.
• Identify opportunities and drive alignment with sales to close deals.
• Take ownership of accounts and drive customer success.
