Job summary

Omnissa is seeking a remote Solutions Consultant to bridge technical solutions and client needs in the digital workspace space. You will be the technical expert, educating customers on End User Computing, Digital Transformation, and security solutions, while supporting the sales team to achieve outcomes.

You will build trusted advisor relationships, design account plans, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive successful deployments and ongoing adoption.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years in a pre-sales solution engineering role or related customer-facing role
• Strong understanding of enterprise architecture and Windows desktop/application management
• Proven ability to deliver compelling demos and presentations to technical and executive audiences
• Experience with subscription-based go-to-market models and customer adoption strategies
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with customers as a trusted advisor for end-to-end technical engagement
• Develop a deep understanding of customers’ technical environments and align with the right solutions
• Collaborate with sales in account planning, campaigns, and progression of opportunities
• Present our Digital Workspace value proposition at industry events and customer meetings
• Drive meetings and influence decisions via clear demonstrations and discussions
• Own accounts with thought leadership and an emphasis on customer outcomes
