Job summary

Omnissa is seeking a Senior Solutions Consultant to bridge technical solutions and customer needs in the digital workspace space. You will own end-to-end pre-sales engagements, deliver compelling demos, respond to RFPs, and align technical plans with sales goals.

Remote in Houston, TX, with potential travel, you will collaborate with Success, Services, and Product teams to craft strategic account plans and drive adoption of Omnissa’s platform.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years in a pre-sales solution engineering role or related customer-facing role.
• Strong understanding of enterprise architecture and Windows desktop/application management.
• Proven ability to deliver demos and presentations to technical and executive audiences.
• Experience with subscription-based go-to-market models and adoption strategies.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical pre-sales efforts including presentations, demos, workshops, and RFP responses.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Success, Professional Services, and Support to drive customer outcomes.
• Present our Digital Workspace technical & business value proposition at industry events.
• Identify new business opportunities and support the sales team in expanding account value.
• Influence product direction by sharing customer insights and industry trends.
