SullivanCotter Holdings, Inc. seeks a Compensation Analyst to conduct compensation analyses and position benchmarking, helping design and evaluate total compensation programs with a focus on delivering high-quality client experiences.

The role involves researching industry issues, gathering and analyzing data to set compensation levels, conducting market pricing, and supporting reports, project delivery and client communications. Remote or hybrid work is available in the United States.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a business-related field (required), ideally with emphasis in finance, economics, statistics, mathematics, accounting or health care administration.
• 2+ years of business-related experience, preferably involving data analysis, financial modeling and presentation design.
• Solid technical knowledge and experience with Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Strong critical thinking and the ability to analyze and organize data, recognize patterns, and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Conduct research to understand industry and client-specific issues, including financial information, compensation and rewards and corporate performance, with guidance
• Research, gather and analyze data to determine appropriate compensation levels and job titles/reporting levels for positions
• Conduct market pricing, assist in peer group selection, survey analyses, interpret compensation data and financial modeling
• Assist with report and proposal writing describing project objectives, methodologies, analysis and results
• Support project team in developing solutions addressing client issues including program design and implementation considerations
• Respond to client-related requests as appropriate
• Participate in Client Delivery Team meetings to understand team and client initiatives
