SullivanCotter in the United States is seeking a Compensation Analyst to conduct benchmarking and design total compensation programs with a strong client-service focus. This remote or hybrid role supports health care and not-for-profit clients with data-driven insights and market pricing.

You will collaborate with project teams, perform data analysis in Excel, and prepare reports and proposals. A bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of related experience are preferred; strong communication and detail

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business-related field required, with emphasis in finance/economics/statistics.
• 2+ years of business-related experience, preferably involving data analysis, financial modeling and presentation design.
• Solid knowledge of Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Strong critical thinking and data analysis abilities; identify patterns and issues.
• Strong communication with project team; tailored to audience.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills in fast-paced environment.
• Self-starter, able to deliver in changing organization.

Responsibilities

• Research industry and client issues, including financial information and performance data.
• Gather and analyze data to set compensation level and reporting structures.
• Perform market pricing, peer analysis, survey work, and financial modeling.
• Assist with reports and proposals describing objectives, methods and results.
• Support solution development for client issues, including design options and financial impact.
• Respond to client requests promptly.
• Participate in Client Delivery Team meetings.
