Job summary

SullivanCotter is seeking a Compensation Analyst to conduct market pricing, data analysis and benchmarking for healthcare and not-for-profit clients. The role emphasizes delivering accurate, client-focused compensation insights and thoughtful recommendations.

The position offers a remote or hybrid work setting, with an emphasis on collaboration, timely deliverables, and high-quality reporting. Candidates with 2+ years in data analysis and financial modeling will fit well.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a business-related field, preferably with emphasis in finance, economics, statistics, mathematics, accounting or health care administration
• 2+ years of business-related experience, preferably involving data analysis, financial modeling and presentation design
• Solid technical knowledge and experience working with Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to identify, compile, analyze and organize data
• Ability to clearly and concisely communicate with the project team and tailor communications to the audience
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and writing skills
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrate selfless collaboration and a passion for continuous learning

Responsibilities

• Conduct research to understand industry and client-specific issues with guidance
• Analyze data to determine appropriate compensation level and job title/reporting level
• Conduct market pricing, survey analyses, interpret compensation data and financial modeling
• Assist with report and proposal writing describing objectives, methodologies and results
• Support development of solutions addressing client issues including financial impact
• Respond to client-related requests as appropriate
• Participate in Client Delivery Team meetings to understand initiatives
