Trimble Inc. is seeking a Business Development Representative to bridge marketing and sales, uncover new opportunities, and connect industry leaders with transportation technology solutions.

This remote US role offers exposure to Transporeon and Trimble tech, with a focus on accelerating growth across North America and collaborating with global teams. You will engage with potential customers, qualify inbound/outbound leads, and participate in industry events to build foundational relationships

Qualifications

• A demonstrated interest in starting or advancing a career in business development or software sales.
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to manage multiple outreach streams.
• Experience in sales development, prospecting, or lead qualification in SaaS or transportation/logistics is a plus.
• Familiarity with CRM systems, sales engagement platforms, or market analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate, and nurture new sales opportunities through inbound/outbound prospecting.
• Conduct discovery calls and demos to identify needs and qualify prospects.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Sales to analyze market trends and craft outbound messaging.
• Coordinate with global teams across time zones to grow the pipeline.
