Qualifications

• Experience integrating AI into work processes or automation
• Strong understanding of cloud architecture and RESTful APIs
• 10+ years in pre-sales solution consulting or sales engineering
• Proficiency with the ServiceNow platform or cloud software
• Experience collaborating with product management, product marketing, partners and professional services
• Territory management including pipeline building alongside Sales

Responsibilities

• Support product sales as a technical and domain expert for a client-facing sales team across multiple industries
• Lead discovery workshops and demo sessions to align the solution with customer needs
• Guide strategic programs in top accounts (e.g., customer journey sessions for roadmap and outcomes)
• Provide feedback to product management for enhancements
• Share best practices and reusable assets with other Solution Consultants
• Stay current on competitive analysis and market differentiation
• Support marketing events including executive briefings, conferences, user groups, and trade shows
