Job summary

Moveworks Sr Advisory Solution Consultant for US Public Sector is a technical and business consultant who develops, positions, and provides industry- and product-specific solutions during sales cycles while aiming to achieve quarterly and annual sales goals in the assigned territory.

Collaborate with ServiceNow Account Executives as the Moveworks product, AI, and domain expert, supporting complex sales cycles and driving deal strategy across Fed and/or SLED accounts. Travel ~25%.

Qualifications

• Experience applying and evaluating AI in enterprise environments.
• Strong understanding of cloud architecture and RESTful APIs.
• Proficiency with the ServiceNow platform or equivalent enterprise cloud software.
• 5+ years in pre-sales solution consulting or sales engineering.
• Willingness to travel approximately 25%.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Account Executives to support complex sales cycles.
• Lead customer discovery sessions and workshops to map needs to Moveworks and ServiceNow solutions.
• Deliver product demonstrations showing Moveworks and ServiceNow working together.
• Facilitate technical workshops on AI/ML, integrations, security, and architecture.
• Build ROI cases with data-driven insights and calculated outcomes.
• Define success criteria and lead end-to-end PoCs.
• Develop trusted relationships with stakeholders and guide outcome planning.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to hand off to Customer Success.
• Provide feedback to Product Management on customer needs and trends.
• Stay current on competitive positioning within the ServiceNow ecosystem.
• Share best practices and contribute to scalable demos and processes.
• Support field and marketing efforts, including events.
