Moveworks Sr Advisory Solution Consultant- US Public Sector engages with Account Executives to drive complex sales cycles, delivering tailored AI/ML demonstrations that show ROI within the ServiceNow ecosystem.

You will lead customer workshops, architect integrations, and guide proof-of-concept engagements, while building trusted relationships and contributing to product direction. This role requires travel and a strong enterprise background.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in pre-sales solution consulting or sales engineering in enterprise apps.
• Experience with enterprise AI, cloud, and integrations.
• Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs and cloud architecture.
• Willingness to travel ~25%.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Account Executives to support complex sales cycles.
• Lead discovery sessions to map challenges to Moveworks+ServiceNow solutions.
• Deliver demonstrations showing ROI and automation.
• Run technical and architectural workshops on AI/ML, security, and integration.
• Build ROI case with data-driven evidence.
• Design and manage end-to-end proof-of-concept engagements.
• Develop executive relationships and roadmap alignment.
• Ensure smooth handoff to Customer Success.
• Provide product feedback on customer needs and market trends.
• Stay current on competitive positioning within ServiceNow ecosystem.
• Share best practices and scalable demos; support field and marketing.
