ServiceNow is seeking a Senior Solution Sales Executive to drive Moveworks opportunities across strategic enterprise accounts in the US. You will lead executive conversations, translate AI and automation capabilities into measurable business value, and shape a differentiated sales strategy with internal partners.

The role emphasizes complex, multi-stakeholder cycles, travel 30–50%, and a strong track record in enterprise software sales. Central Time location preferred.

Qualificações

• 7+ years of enterprise software sales experience.
• Experience engaging C-level and senior business leaders across lines of business and IT.
• Strong ability to translate AI and technical capabilities into business value and measurable outcomes.
• Startup exposure or comparable builder mentality; comfortable operating quickly in ambiguity.
• Experience as a specialist seller within a matrixed account team environment.

Responsabilidades

• Drive the Moveworks sales strategy and execution across a focused portfolio of strategic enterprise accounts.
• Partner with Account Executives to identify and develop enterprise AI opportunities across IT, HR, Finance, Procurement, and other business functions.
• Engage senior executives and business leaders, connecting AI, enterprise search, and automation to measurable business outcomes.
• Lead consultative discovery, develop compelling use cases, and navigate complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles.
• Partner with Solution Consultants and technical teams to deliver a differentiated solution strategy and win.
• Enable account teams to identify Moveworks opportunities and accelerate adoption and expansion.
