Job summary

Moveworks is seeking a Sr Advisory Solution Consultant for the US Public Sector to drive technical and business outcomes during complex sales cycles. You will partner with ServiceNow account teams to position Moveworks AI within the ServiceNow ecosystem and tailor demonstrations for Federal and SLED customers.

This role requires deep enterprise AI experience, cloud and API fluency, and a willingness to travel about 25%. The position offers a competitive OTE and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in pre-sales solution consulting or sales engineering.
• Experience applying AI in enterprise environments.
• Strong knowledge of cloud architecture and RESTful APIs.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Account Executives to support complex sales cycles for Fed/SLED accounts.
• Lead customer discovery sessions to map challenges to Moveworks capabilities.
• Deliver product demonstrations showing Moveworks and ServiceNow integration value.
• Facilitate technical workshops on AI/ML, security, and platform architecture.
• Build data-driven ROI stories with business value services.
• Define success criteria and manage end-to-end proof-of-concept engagements.
• Develop relationships with customer stakeholders to align roadmaps and outcomes.
• Collaborate to ensure smooth pre- to post-sales transitions.
• Provide feedback to Product Management on needs and trends.
• Stay current on competitive positioning within ServiceNow ecosystem.
• Share best practices and scalable demonstrations with the team.
• Support field and marketing initiatives, conferences, user groups.
