Job summary

Role requires 5+ years in pre-sales, strong AI, cloud, and API skills, and willingness to travel ~25% to meet customers and events.

Qualifications

• Experience applying AI in enterprise environments and automating workflows.
• Strong understanding of cloud architecture and RESTful APIs; able to connect to pre-production environments.
• Familiarity with RPA, iPaaS, and low-code/no-code platforms; scripting or coding is a plus for prototypes and integrations.
• 5+ years in pre-sales solution consulting or sales engineering for enterprise platforms.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Account Executives, supporting complex sales cycles across Fed/SLED accounts.
• Lead discovery sessions to map business challenges to Moveworks capabilities.
• Deliver demonstrations showing Moveworks and ServiceNow delivering automated work and better employee experiences.
• Facilitate workshops on AI/ML, integrations, security, and platform architecture within the customer’s ServiceNow context.
• Build data-driven business cases with ROI analyses using reports and insights.
