Job summary

Moveworks is seeking a Sr Advisory Solution Consultant for the US Public Sector to drive complex pre-sales engagements with enterprise AI solutions. You will partner with ServiceNow teams to demonstrate value, guide architecture, and shape ROI across Fed/SLED accounts.

Role requires deep AI expertise, cloud/REST capabilities, and travel ~25%. Base location is the US with Massachusetts as a primary consideration, offering competitive compensation and equity where applicable.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in pre-sales solution consulting or sales engineering.
• Experience applying AI in enterprise environments.
• Strong understanding of cloud architecture and RESTful APIs.
• Familiarity with RPA, iPaaS, and low-code/no-code platforms.
• Willingness to travel ~25% for customer meetings and internal events.

Responsibilities

• Partner with ServiceNow Account Executives to support complex sales cycles and drive deal strategy.
• Lead customer discovery sessions to understand business challenges and align Moveworks capabilities to needs and outcomes.
• Demonstrate Moveworks/ServiceNow value with persona- and ROI-focused product demos.
• Facilitate technical/architectural workshops on Moveworks AI/ML, integrations, security, and platform architecture.
• Collaborate with Business Value Services to build data-driven ROI cases and prioritize use cases.
