Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years in technical support or help desk role preferred.
• Associate or Bachelor's degree in IT or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to customers via phone.
• Assist with installation and configuration of TaxSlayer Pro products.
• Troubleshoot networks, printers, scanners, antivirus, and firewall programs.
• Guide customers through server and network setup.
• Maintain strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication.
• Research and resolve complex technical issues.
