Job summary

TaxSlayer is seeking Seasonal Remote Technical Support Specialists to join the team for the 2026 tax season. This 100% remote role starts December 2026 and pays $17.00 per hour, with availability for candidates in GA, SC, NC, FL, and TN.

You will handle installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of TaxSlayer Pro software and related hardware, while communicating clearly with customers and coordinating across teams during peak season.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years in technical support or help desk.
• Experience with software installation and configuration.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to customers via phone.
• Assist with installation and configuration of TaxSlayer Pro products.
• Troubleshoot networks, printers, scanners, antivirus, and firewall programs.
• Guide customers through server and network setup.
• Maintain clear written and verbal communication.
• Research and resolve complex technical issues.
