TaxSlayer is seeking Seasonal Remote Technical Support Specialists to join our team for the 2026 tax season. This 100% remote role starts in December 2026 and supports customers using TaxSlayer Pro.

You will assist with installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of software and hardware, including networks, printers, and connectivity. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this position.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of experience in a technical support or help desk role.
• Preferred Associate or Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• Certifications (CompTIA, Microsoft, etc.) are a plus.

Responsabilités

• Provide technical support to customers via phone.
• Assist with installation and configuration of TaxSlayer Pro products.
• Troubleshoot networks, printers, scanners, antivirus, and firewall programs.
• Guide customers through server and network setup.
• Maintain strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication.
• Research and resolve complex technical issues.
