TaxSlayer is seeking Seasonal Remote Technical Support Specialists to join its team for the 2026 tax season. This 100% remote position starts in December 2026 and supports users of TaxSlayer Pro software.

You will assist with installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of software and hardware, including networks, printers, and connectivity. Strong communication skills and problem-solving ability are essential for success.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to customers via phone.
