Job summary

TaxSlayer is hiring Seasonal Remote Technical Support Specialists to support TaxSlayer Pro products from December 2026. This 100% remote role will service customers by assisting with installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of software and hardware issues, including networks and firewalls.

The role requires 2+ years in technical support, strong problem solving, and the ability to work extended hours during tax season. Open to residents in GA, SC, NC, FL, and TN.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of technical support or help desk experience.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to customers via phone.
• Assist with installation and configuration of TaxSlayer Pro products.
• Troubleshoot networks, printers, scanners, antivirus, and firewall programs.
• Guide customers through server and network setup.
• Maintain strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication.
• Research and resolve complex technical issues.
