Job summary

TSMG Holding seeks Autonomous Vehicle Safety Operators to support autonomous vehicle testing, validation, and commercial robotaxi operations across North America. You will monitor vehicle behavior, adhere to procedures, and intervene safely when needed. Training is provided; prior AV experience is not required.

Responsibilities include pre/post-trip inspections, data collection, and reporting. Candidates should have a valid license, 5+ years driving, clean record, and strong situational

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license.
• Minimum 5 years of driving experience.
• Clean driving record with no major violations.
• Ability to pass a background verification (BGV).
• Ability to pass pre-employment and random drug and alcohol screening.
• Excellent situational awareness and defensive driving skills.
• Comfortable driving for extended periods in urban and highway environments.
• Ability to follow detailed operational procedures with high attention to detail.
• Strong communication and reporting skills.
• Upper-Intermediate English.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate and monitor autonomous vehicles during testing and commercial robotaxi fleet operations.
• Continuously supervise the self-driving system while aware of traffic conditions.
• Take immediate manual control when required by procedures or safety protocols.
• Complete assigned routes following local regulations and procedures.
• Support deployment of autonomous ride-hailing services through safe operation.
