Job summary
A growing consumer goods brand in the United States seeks an Operations Manager to oversee inventory planning across multiple sales channels. The ideal candidate will have 3–7 years of experience in operations or supply chain, with a strong analytical mindset and capabilities in project management. Responsibilities include managing inventory, coordinating with teams, and ensuring timely shipment of products. Previous experience with Amazon or similar platforms is a plus. This role is crucial for maintaining operational excellence and driving business growth.
Qualifications
- 3–7 years of experience in operations, inventory planning, or supply chain.
- Strong forecasting skills.
- Ability to hold people accountable.
Responsibilities
- Own inventory planning across all channels and ensure projects ship on time.
- Track execution in Monday.com and drive projects to completion.
- Identify bottlenecks and implement scalable systems.
