Job summary

TSMG Holding is seeking an Autonomous Vehicle Safety Operator to support testing, validation, and commercial robotaxi fleets across North America. You will monitor AV behavior, follow procedures, and intervene safely when needed.

Training will be provided to prepare you for deployment in urban and highway settings. Essentially, you will have 5+ years of driving, a clean record, and strong situational awareness, with English communication required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of driving experience.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to pass background verification.
• Ability to pass pre-employment and random drug testing.
• Upper-Intermediate English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate and monitor autonomous vehicles during testing and commercial operations.
• Continuously assess vehicle performance and traffic conditions.
• Take manual control as required by procedures or safety rules.
• Complete routes adhering to local laws and company procedures.
• Record and report disengagements and operational events.
