Cribl is hiring an Onboarding Program Owner to architect and scale how we ramp revenue talent across sales, SEs, and CSEs. You will own end-to-end onboarding strategy and execution, blending instructional design with AI-driven roleplay to accelerate time-to-productivity and lift ARR.

The role requires 5+ years in sales enablement or revenue training in B2B SaaS, with 3+ years owning onboarding for quota-carrying or technical sellers.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in sales enablement, revenue training, or frontline sales management in B2B SaaS.
• 3+ years owning onboarding for quota‑carrying or technical sellers.
• Fluency in enterprise sales methodologies (MEDDPICC) and ability to operationalize them within practical training modules.
• Data‑driven mindset with experience partnering with Revenue Operations to connect enablement milestones to ARR growth and sales velocity.
• Proficiency with Gong, Hyperbound, Seismic, Rox, Salesforce and modern enablement/LMS tools.

Responsibilities

• Architect and maintain tailored onboarding paths for sales, technical, and post‑sales roles.
• Plan, facilitate, and deliver bootcamps per year with SMEs and practical exercises.
• Develop AI-driven roleplay scenarios and knowledge checks to certify skills.
• Design post‑onboarding baselines and coaching tools for managers and reps.
• Partner with RDs, SMs, and RevOps to tie onboarding milestones to performance metrics.
