Cribl is hiring an Onboarding Program Owner to architect, scale, and elevate how we ramp new revenue talent. You’ll blend instructional design, interactive facilitation, and continuous innovation—running AI‑driven roleplay and partnering with leadership to accelerate ramp and drive revenue lift.

As an active team member, you’ll design role-based onboarding paths, plan in-person bootcamps, and build certification milestones.

Formación

• 5+ years in sales enablement, revenue training, or frontline sales management in B2B SaaS.
• Experience owning onboarding for quota-carrying or technical sellers.
• Fluency in enterprise sales methodologies (MEDDPICC, Command of the Message).

Responsabilidades

• Architect and maintain onboarding journeys for multiple roles (sales, technical, post-sales).
• Plan and deliver ~5 bootcamps per year with executive SMEs.
• Design AI-driven roleplay scenarios and knowledge checks.
• Design post-onboarding baselines and coaching plans.
• Partner with RDs and RSMs to scale peer-mentorship and tools.
