Cribl is seeking an Onboarding Program Owner to architect, scale, and elevate how we ramp new revenue talent across regional sales and technical roles. You will lead end-to-end onboarding strategy with multi-day bootcamps, AI-driven roleplay, and cross-functional partnerships to accelerate time-to-productivity and drive revenue lift.

You’ll own tailored onboarding paths, mentor leaders, and collaborate with RevOps to connect milestones to ramp velocity, time-to-first-meeting, and ARR

Qualifications

• 5+ years in sales enablement or frontline sales management in B2B SaaS.
• 3+ years owning onboarding for quota-carrying or technical sellers.
• Fluency in enterprise sales methodologies (MEDDPICC, Command of the Message).
• Data-driven mindset with experience linking enablement milestones to ARR growth.

Responsibilities

• Architect and maintain role-based onboarding paths for sales, technical, and post-sales roles.
• Plan, facilitate, and deliver multi-day bootcamps and enablement sessions.
• Develop AI-driven practice environments and certification milestones.
• Design baseline assessments and coaching tools for post-onboarding development.
• Collaborate with Revenue Operations to tie onboarding milestones to business metrics.
