Cribl is hiring an Onboarding Program Owner to architect, scale, and elevate how we ramp new revenue talent across sales, technical, and post‑sales roles. You’ll design tailored onboarding journeys, lead multi‑day bootcamps, and implement AI-driven roleplay and assessments to accelerate productivity and revenue contribution.

You will partner with leadership to optimize ramp metrics, collaborate with Revenue Operations, and drive a structured mentorship network for frontline leaders.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in sales enablement, revenue training, or frontline sales management in B2B SaaS, with 3+ years owning onboarding for quota‑carrying or technical sellers.
• Hands‑on instructional designer and engaging facilitator: proven track record of creating dynamic curricula, practice scenarios, and certifications.
• Fluency in enterprise sales methodologies (MEDDPICC, Command of the Message) and ability to operationalize them within practical training modules.
• Data‑driven mindset with experience partnering with Revenue Operations to connect enablement milestones to ARR growth and sales velocity.

Responsibilities

• Architect and scale onboarding paths for sales, technical, and post‑sales roles.
• Plan, facilitate, and deliver multi‑day bootcamps, coordinating executive SMEs and practical group exercises.
• Build AI‑driven roleplay scenarios, call analysis, and knowledge checks to validate learning.
• Design post‑onboarding baselines and personal coaching plans for new hires and frontline managers.
• Partner with RDs, senior RSMs, and Revenue Operations to measure ramp velocity, time‑to‑first‑meeting, and ARR contribution.
