Cribl is hiring an Onboarding Program Owner to architect, scale, and elevate how we ramp new revenue talent across regional sales managers, SEs, and CSEs. You will blend instructional design, facilitation, and AI-driven roleplay to accelerate time-to-productivity and lift ARR contribution.

You will lead multi-day bootcamps, personalized coaching, and data-driven improvements in ramp velocity, time-to-first-meeting, and pipeline milestones.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in sales enablement, revenue training, or frontline sales management in B2B SaaS.
• 3+ years owning onboarding for quota-carrying or technical sellers.

Responsibilities

• Architect onboarding paths for sales, technical, and post-sales roles.
• Plan and deliver in-person bootcamps and cohort operations.
• Design post-onboarding skill baselines and coaching tools.
