Cribl is hiring an Onboarding Program Owner to architect, scale, and elevate how we ramp new revenue talent across sales, technical, and post-sales roles. You will lead end-to-end onboarding strategy, blending instructional design with AI-driven roleplay to accelerate rep productivity and boost revenue contribution.

The role requires 5+ years in sales enablement or revenue training in B2B SaaS, strong facilitation skills, and fluency in MEDDPICC and similar methodologies.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in sales enablement or revenue training in B2B SaaS.
• Hands-on instructional designer and engaging facilitator.
• Fluency in enterprise sales methodologies (MEDDPICC, Command of the Message) and ability to operationalize them.
• Data-driven mindset with experience partnering with Revenue Operations to connect enablement milestones to ARR growth.
• Tech stack proficiency with Gong, Hyperbound, Seismic, Rox, Salesforce, and LMS tools.
• Strong executive presence and empathy: coaching sellers and influencing leaders.

Responsibilities

• Architect and maintain role-based onboarding paths for sales, technical, and post-sales roles.
• Plan, facilitate, and deliver ~5 bootcamps per year with executive SMEs.
• Build AI-driven practice environments and knowledge checks.
• Design post-onboarding baselines and 1:1 coaching readouts.
• Scale peer-mentorship networks with frontline leaders.
• Collaborate with RevOps to tie onboarding milestones to ramp metrics and ARR contribution.
