Cribl is hiring an Onboarding Program Owner to architect, scale, and elevate how we ramp revenue talent across sales, technical, and post-sales roles. You will lead end-to-end onboarding, blending instructional design with AI-driven roleplay to accelerate rep productivity and impact ARR.

You will plan and run 5+ bootcamps per year, design skill baselines, and partner with leadership to ensure measurable ramp improvements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in sales enablement, revenue training, or frontline sales management in B2B SaaS.
• Hands-on instructional designer and engaging facilitator.
• Fluency in enterprise sales methodologies (MEDDPICC, Command of the Message).
• Data-driven mindset with experience in Revenue Operations to tie enablement to ARR growth.
• Experience building AI-assisted coaching frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Architect and scale onboarding paths for sales, technical, and post-sales roles.
• Plan, facilitate, and deliver multi-day bootcamps and cohort operations.
• Develop AI-driven roleplay scenarios, knowledge checks, and certification milestones.
• Collaborate with Revenue Operations to track ramp velocity, time-to-first-meeting, and ARR contribution.
