Cribl is hiring an Onboarding Program Owner to architect, scale, and elevate how we ramp new revenue talent across regional sales managers, SEs, and customer success engineers. You’ll blend instructional design with AI-driven roleplay and partner with leadership to accelerate time-to-productivity and lift revenue contribution.

In this remote-first role, you will build role-based onboarding paths, plan bootcamps, develop practice environments, and measure ramp velocity and time-to-first meeting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in sales enablement, revenue training, or frontline sales management in B2B SaaS.
• 3+ years owning onboarding for quota-carrying or technical sellers.
• Fluency in enterprise sales methodologies (MEDDPICC, Command of the Message).
• Data-driven mindset partnering with Revenue Operations to connect enablement milestones to ARR growth.

Responsibilities

• Architect and maintain onboarding journeys for sales, technical, and post-sales roles.
• Plan, facilitate, and deliver ~5 bootcamps per year with executive SMEs.
• Build AI-driven roleplay scenarios and knowledge checks.
• Design post-onboarding skill baselines and gap readouts for new hires and managers.
• Partner with RDs and tenured RSMs for a mentorship network.
• Collaborate with Revenue Ops to tie onboarding milestones to ramp metrics and ARR.
