Cribl is seeking an Onboarding Program Owner to architect, scale, and elevate how we ramp new revenue talent across regional sales, SEs, and customer success engineers. You will blend instructional design with AI-driven roleplay and collaborate with leadership to accelerate time-to-productivity and drive revenue contribution.

In this high-visibility role, you will manage in-person and virtual bootcamps, design tailored onboarding paths, and partner with Revenue Operations to connect milestones

Qualifications

• 5+ years in sales enablement, revenue training, or frontline sales management in B2B SaaS.
• 3+ years owning onboarding for quota‑carrying or technical sellers.
• Hands‑on instructional designer and engaging facilitator.
• Fluency in enterprise sales methodologies (MEDDPICC, Command of the Message).
• Experience with Gong, Hyperbound, Seismic, Rox, Salesforce, and LMS tools.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end onboarding strategy across sales, technical, and post-sales roles.
• Design and run multi-day bootcamps and cohort operations.
• Develop AI‑driven roleplay and knowledge checks to accelerate ramp.
• Collaborate with RevOps to map onboarding milestones to ARR and ramp metrics.
• Provide coaching tools and mentorship programs for frontline leaders.
