Cribl is hiring an Onboarding Program Owner to architect, scale, and elevate how we ramp revenue talent across regional sales, technical, and post-sales roles. You’ll blend instructional design, facilitation, and AI-driven roleplay to accelerate rep productivity and drive revenue contribution.

In this remote-first role, you’ll run multi-day bootcamps, design tailored onboarding paths, and partner with leadership to measure impact on ramp velocity and time-to-first-meeting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in sales enablement or frontline sales management in B2B SaaS.
• Hands-on instructional designer and engaging facilitator.
• Fluency in enterprise sales methodologies (MEDDPICC, Command of the Message).

Responsibilities

• Architect onboarding paths for sales, technical, and post-sale roles.
• Plan and deliver ~5 bootcamps per year with SMEs.
• Develop AI-driven roleplay scenarios and knowledge checks.
• Provide coaching and post-onboarding gap readouts.
• Collaborate with Revenue Operations to track ramp metrics.
