Cribl is hiring an Onboarding Program Owner to architect, scale, and elevate how we ramp new revenue talent across sales, technical, and post-sales roles. You will blend instructional design, interactive facilitation, and AI-driven roleplay to accelerate rep time-to-productivity and lift ARR contribution.

In this remote-first setting, you will lead 5 annual bootcamps, build practical exercises, and partner with leadership to deliver measurable impact.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in sales enablement, revenue training, or frontline sales management in B2B SaaS.
• 3+ years owning onboarding for quota‑carrying or technical sellers.
• Fluency in enterprise sales methodologies (MEDDPICC, Command of the Message).
• Data-driven mindset; align enablement milestones to ARR growth and sales velocity.

Responsibilities

• Architect and maintain tailored onboarding journeys for multiple roles.
• Plan, facilitate, and deliver ~5 bootcamps per year with SMEs.
• Build AI-driven roleplay scenarios and knowledge checks.
• Design post-onboarding baselines and gap readouts for new hires and managers.
• Partner with RDs and frontline leaders to scale peer-mentorship networks.
• Collaborate with Revenue Operations to tie milestones to business metrics.
