Cribl is hiring an Onboarding Program Owner to architect, scale, and elevate how we ramp new revenue talent across sales, technical, and post-sales roles. You will lead end-to-end onboarding strategy, blending instructional design with AI-driven roleplay and continuous innovation to accelerate time-to-productivity and ARR contribution.

We offer a remote-first environment across time zones, with multi-day bootcamps, baseline assessments, and measurable ramp metrics.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in sales enablement, revenue training, or frontline sales management in B2B SaaS.
• Fluency in enterprise sales methodologies (MEDDPICC, Command of the Message).
• Data-driven approach; connect enablement milestones to ARR growth and sales velocity.

Responsibilities

• Architect and maintain onboarding journeys for multiple roles (sales, technical, post-sales).
• Plan, facilitate, and deliver bootcamps and cohort operations (5 per year).
• Build AI-driven practice scenarios, simulations, and knowledge checks.
• Design post-onboarding skill baselines and coaching tools for leaders.
